The firmware contains software licensed under GPL or LGPL:

• Linux Kernel (GPL version 2)

HDHomeRun HDHR4 Models

The firmware contains software licensed under GPL or LGPL:

• U-Boot (GPL version 2)
• Linux Kernel (GPL version 2)
• uClibc (LGPL version 2.1)

HDHomeRun HDTC Models

The firmware contains software licensed under GPL or LGPL:

• U-Boot (GPL version 2)
• Linux Kernel (GPL version 2)

HDHomeRun pre-2014 Models

HDHomeRun models released prior to 2014 do not contain software licensed under GPL or LGPL.
