Our ticketing system will always respond to all newly-created tickets with an automatically-generated email to notify you that a ticket was created. If you have filed a trouble ticket and have not receive an email response please check your email spam/junk folder.
To update an existing ticket, please reply to the email sent by the ticket system.
Our support line routes directly to our secure messaging system. Please leave a brief message with your name, your phone number (very important!), what device you are calling about, and the issue you are having. One of our experts will give you a call back the same day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Central Time, Monday – Friday. If you happen to reach us after hours, don’t worry—we’ll make you our top priority first thing the next business day.
