SiliconDust has identified a reliability issue with some SW20-S050-15 model power adapters.
We have extended the warranty for this model of power adapter, if you received a SW20-S050-15 model power adapter we will replace it at no charge within a two year period from the date of purchase.

A failing power adapter may result in one or more of the following symptoms:

  • Flashing power light on the HDHomeRun or failure to power on.
  • Flashing red light on power adapter.
  • Loss of all channels while reporting high signal strength.
