If you do not see a box to enter your problem, please refresh the page. If you still do not see one, you can also instead open a trouble ticket by emailing support@silicondust.com. If your issue pertains to an existing HDHomeRun (rather than a general question), please include the device ID for your HDHomeRun.
Check the status of an existing trouble ticket
If you have any spam filtering in place, please add support@silicondust.com to the allowed list.
If you have filed a trouble ticket and have not receive an email response please check your email junk folder.
To update an existing ticket, please reply to the email sent by the ticket system.
