I found the system ID on the bottom of my HDHR Prime.

But comcast needs also a 'Host ID'...where is this at??

There you will fine host ID

That's what is killing me..

I had a power outage, and everything is on a surge protector..but since then..im on my second HDHR box, and second cable card, this is the pairing menu

Did the power blip corrupt my original cable card, and my replacement from comcast is also dead?

I get this same "nothing" menu on the replacement CC on both of my HDHR units.

I don’t know where to go from here, I have not seen that menu sorry.

It's most likely a bad card, and Comcast likes to use old cards in circulation, so it's not uncommon to have multiple bad cablecards in a row. Keep asking for different cards.
