Re: HD Homerun freezes (nearby lightning)
Lightning generates a lot of noise across a wide range of frequencies. TV broadcast signals handle this better than AM radio, where you can hear every lightning strike within like 100 miles, but if the noise is strong enough, it may briefly interfere with reception of the broadcast signals, resultin...

Re: 14su-d keokuk ia channel changes
There won't be listings for MTRSPT1. It's primarily a streaming channel so the company that operates the channel doesn't supply guide data to the providers, and all of the broadcasts are on stations owned by the company that is probably the single worst in existence when it comes to updating the gui...

Re: Need info about HDHR device tuner behavior to troubleshoot ATSC 1.0 reception issue
The HTTP API is covered in our documentation at https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/http_api . All of the ATSC 1.0 standards are freely available on their site at https://www.atsc.org/atsc-documents/type/1-0-standards/ . Transport streams and associated structures like the PAT and PMT predate ATSC and w...

Re: Need info about HDHR device tuner behavior to troubleshoot ATSC 1.0 reception issue
There isn't a log available, and the log data we get probably isn't useful for this as it only logs signal stats every 2 minutes. You would probably want to script something to use hdhomerun_config to retrieve the tuner status much more frequently. When tuning by virtual channel number, the device g...

Re: Flex 4k ATSC 3.0 "Unable to Play channel: No Video Data"
The signal levels are pretty low across all channels. For the ATSC 3.0 broadcast, you're able to lock on to the portion of the broadcast that was being used for testing mobile broadcasts (but is currently unused), but not the one used for everything else, as the signal isn't good enough. What kind o...

Re: No devices detected on IOS app
From the iPhone, can you reach the HDHomeRun's web page at http://192.168.50.210/ ?
If you check the wifi settings for the iPhone, does it also have an IP address that starts with 192.168.50?

Re: HDHomeRun Record service only working when PC has active user session
What kind of network connection is the PC using?
Are there any third-party firewall, security, antivirus, antimalware, VPN, or other such programs installed on the PC? It looks like something is blocking outbound connections.

Re: Freeze on Start Up
I'm only seeing logs from the HDHomeRun device, not the app. The device side doesn't indicate any issues at those times, which makes sense as the symptoms are most likely to be related to playback. Please double check and make sure the Send diagnostic information option is enabled in the HDHomeRun a...

Re: Program jumping back - ze3e7b
Early access would make no difference as there isn't currently a difference between the normal and early access. This behavior usually indicates that you have a DVR running and there is something is going wrong when it's trying to write to the recording drive. If the DVR is on Windows, it's often a ...
