non hd channels not working

most non hd channels come up as service unavailable ex:channel 33 tnt dont work but tnthd 1237 works fine that all worked fine when i set it up i get all the channels on my ps3

im runing windows 8 i have a cable card in my prime i also have a dual but its disabled so its not that i have music choice channels its really annoying

1) Please run HDHomeRun Setup, enable Send diagnostic information... on the Advanced tab and click Apply

2) Power cycle the HDHomeRun PRIME

3) Attempt to watch one of the problem channels for 5 minutes

Reply back with the device ID for your HDHomeRun and we will check the logs.

ok i did that and it dose not work still umm when i first click on the channel the tuner flashes for like 15 seconds and goes off not the whole thing just the tuner its trying to use and i also tried quick tv and it stays blank on those channels some work some don't

so im surfing all the channels and the sd channels are doing the same thing the on demand channels i dont get do it just blinks

Looks like your cable provider does not have channels below 100 in the channel map they send to the CableCARD. This either means that they don't carry channels below 100 in digital format at all, or they are using switched digital video (SDV) and you'll need a tuning adapter to receive them. I've never seen a provider that actually put the basic channels on SDV, but I have seen some screw up the lineup they send to the card and leave out channels that should be there. You could probably get them to fix it if you could actually reach someone who knew anything about SDV (yeah right), but it would be easier to just get a tuning adapter, which will get the correct channel lineup.

ok just went into the tuning adapter setting it says its not authorized op status is disabled
