DRM channels not working

I can't recall the last time I tuned to a DRM protected channel so I can't say when this problem actually started.

Today I tried to tune into a DRM protected channel and I got a weird error.

"Unable to play channel: No video data All tuners in use"

I physically checked the tuners (I have 2x HDHR Primes, each with their own cable card) and the tuners were NOT in use (per the LED lights).

Checking one of the Primes web interface showed all tuners available.

Error occurs on androidtv (Shield TV Pro), android (a Samsung phone), windows 10, and Apple iPad.

All apps are up to date.

All firmware is up to date.

All clocks are up to date.

Location services are enabled where needed.

Power cycling the Primes did not help.

Completely closing the apps and reopening did not help.

Stopping the record engine running on my NAS did not help. Although this changed the error message to not mention "all tuners in use" and just say "no video data"

This is obviously super frustrating. Finally get a second to sit down and watch some baseball and I can't.

Please help.

Disregard for now.

It seems Verizon pulled MASN off my package with no notice (and is still charging me a regional sports network fee).

Need to rescan channels I suppose.

same boat here.
FiOS removed MASN & MLB Network from older TV packages. i had to upgrade my TV package to "MoreFiOS". however, I still cannot tune to MASN after upgrading.
