HDHomeRun DVR wasn't found

My HD HomeRun DVR just stopped working. Below are the symptoms, what is the best method to troubleshoot?

1. The tuner model is HDFX-2US
2. This worked just a few days ago and suddenly stopped.
3. The following still works:
- I can us the app on Android and go to Live TV. I can see the channel guide. I can even go to a program and ask it to record.
4. The following suddenly stopped working
- When I go to the DVR button, I can see the "Tasks" menu items as well as the "Discover menu". However when I go to the "Recorded" menu, I see

5. I looked by unplugging the DVR USB drive and plugged it into a different Linux Computer. I don't see any issues. In particular, I can see
HDHomeRun - directory at the top level, underneath I see directories for what I recorded
Within those directories I can also see files that match the recordings I expect.

6. I have tried a power cycle, verifying the USB drive looks Ok and other functions appear to work. Any clues on how to best troubleshoot what seems to have suddenly broken?
