After finish the registration. How do I know my device already activate?

Power cycle the prime and open your Network and Sharing center and click on map. You should see two references for the prime; one regular one Live DMS.

I was able to see the hdhomerun prime on my sony bd player bdp-s590 and when I click on cable tv or premium tv folder it says no playable file found.

how do I fix that?

Do you see a tuner listed as Live DMS or just specific tuners; 0, 1, 2. Only the Live DMS file returns a channel list. If you do not see the Live DMS file you are probably subject to the loading error issue.

You have to register the prime on the silicondust website. did you do that already? also update the firmware on the prime.

Yes, I did, but I only update on the laptop, no the desktop. Do I need to update all the pc those I connect to the router.

The prime firmware is where the DLNA programming is residing. So no you do not have to update all of your computers but it would be a good idea to at least update to the new official release.

If you see the Live DMS file then the program is on and you should be authorized. Otherwise I don't think you would see that file at all.
