When using a VECIMA tuning adapter make sure the cable feed is connected to the VECIMA box, then the RF output of the VECIMA box is connected to the HDHomeRun. Can you please enable "send diagnostic information" in the HDHomeRun app settings menu then post back with the Device ID of your HDHomeRun.

The diagnostic logs show the record engine was running (not a starting problem), but something was blocking network communication. This strongly points to third party security software being the problem.
